The Will County Bar Association will present a series of Continuing Legal Education Seminars. Our programs have always provided great vaule on practical instruction in convenient locations. We believe our programs will help you stay ahead of the competition, as well as satisfy your CLE requirements.

Several committees within the WCBA have started working on CLE approved seminars, which are free to our members. Additional information will be available in upcoming months but at this time the expected schedule is:


September 21, 2010 - Civil 2 general CLE hours

October 2010 - Ethics - 2 hours (awaiting certification)

February 11, 2011 - Criminal

April 2011 - Bankruptcy; Probate

May 19, 2011 - Family

June 2011 - Real Estate  

  

What are the reporting periods under the MCLE program?


Rule 794(b) provides for a two-year reporting period. An attorney’s reporting period depends on the first letter of the attorney’s last name.

July 1, 2006 - June 30, 2008
July 1, 2008 to June 30, 2010 Two-Year Period Beginning July 1 to June 30 of Subsequent Even-Numbered Years

July 1, 2009 to June 30, 2011 Two-Year Period Beginning July 1 to June 30 of Subsequent Odd-Numbered Years
