Welcome to the Will County Bar Associations website.  The WCBA is a non-profit professional organization dedicated to serving and supporting the legal community.  The WCBA is committed to providing education, professional development, and service programs for its 750+ members, the legal profession as well as the local community.  

The objectives of the WCBA are:  

• To maintain the honor and dignity of the profession of law
• To promote an understanding of the law and its application in the community
• To advance the due administration of justice
• To support the ability of the Bar to provide for public service

The WCBA also assists the local community and greater Chicago area through an active Lawyer Referral Service and backs the legal aid program encouraging its members to provide Pro Bono services for those in need.  Click here to request a Lawyer Referral..

The Will County Bar Association is governed by a Board of Directors elected by the Association’s members and maintains a professional staff committed to the ongoing support of the association and its members.  

Membership Renewal - Membership renewals are now being accepted for the Will County Bar Association 2010-2011 membership year, which allow members the benefit of attending all WCBA CLE Seminars for free.  Below is a link to the current application.  In order to receive an updated optional membership card, you will need to stop by our office with a completed application, your driver’s license and ARDC card along with your check.  The dues and legal aid assessment are mandatory with the membership card and lawyer referral dues being an option.  The ID cards are being completely updated this year, so new pictures will be taken.  Typical office hours are Monday – Friday 8:30-12:30 and 1:30-4:30 but please feel free to call first. Committee Membership - At this time we also request you renew your participation or join a committee within the Will County Bar Association.  Each committee membership will be updated on our website and we urge committee chairs to notify the WCBA of committee meetings.  Those meetings will be listed on the calendar of events on our emails as well as on the WCBA website. Annual Golf Outing - The WCBA would like to thank the sponsors who made our annual golf outing a success, as well as the golfers who attended and the courteous staff working at Broken Arrow Golf Course on June 11, 2010.  Tee sponsors included: Charles Mack & Co.
